The Space:

Soak up the spectacular 180-degree view where the Pacific Ocean meets the Alsea Bay and bridge as you slip into the coastal mindset here in Waldport! In addition to the water views, an abundance of wildlife will accompany you on this vacation, so bring your own binoculars (BYOB) and look closely! You may see seals, bald eagles (varying ages) in trees, osprey, herons, seagulls, cormorants, vultures, and pigeon guillemots. After fun days of exploring the local shops in town or walking along the sand nearby, kick back in the living room as the chef of the group whips up something tasty in the full kitchen. There is plenty of fun to be had with loved ones with the TV, free WiFi, and dining table that is perfect for hosting game nights. There is one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs, and two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, allowing everyone to experience convenience and comfort throughout their stay.

The views are worth it all! The property could use TLC. The furniture was very stained and worn, but again you cannot beat the views. My family and I tried to leave the property even better than how it was left for us. I hope the next guest can rest assured that we wiped down some extra surfaces and got all the sand out. Overall our stay was good but with a slightly cleaner property it would have been excellent! I would still recommend.
