Clean house, room for the 12 of us. Kids loved fishing in the pond close by. Had what we needed besides a few little things- no cheese grater or pizza cutter. Pictures didn’t show the fridge in the kitchenette downstairs, so that was a nice surprise. Also not listed was a fold out bed, which helped us out quite a bit. Would stay again for sure!

Amazing hospitality, this house was more than we expected and was very clean with easy check in/out. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. The kids lov3d the basketball hoop, the park with plenty of ducks to feed. They even learned to jump rope thanks to the extra room in the garage.

Beds slept great, plenty of room for a family/friends Ark trip. Loved having two different living room areas. The only recommendation would be adding a grab bar for the tub/showers for safety. There was an issue with the microwave, but they had a quick response and I don’t think they were aware of the issue before hand. Overall very clean. (And we are picky).

All of the bed are excellent and slept very good for 3 nights and love those weather. We are from Florida. Some others things need to be fixed and another than that we had a great time.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. I do wish it had one more bathroom. We loved all the parking space. The property details say there are 5 bedrooms but there are only 4. The beds are comfortable but they are on the floor which could be an issue for someone to get on and off. There were plenty of dishes and cookware and it was very clean. A few cobwebbs here and there but thats3no big deal. We would stay here again.

Annual KY Hunting Trip

We had an amazing experience with Neat Suites (managers of property). Their communication, professionalism, and friendliness surpassed all experiences I have had with vacation rentals. Leading up to our stay, I peppered them with email questions that they quickly replied to. The house was beautiful and comfortable. Ideally located for us near the properties we have access to plus Walmart, Starbucks, Dunkin, and liquor stores (all needed to make the perfect family/friends trip). We do this trip every year and will be reserving this home again. Thank you!

Ark Trip

Met all of our needs. Loved the park behind the back yard. Very spacious. Our 6 adults and 3 children were well accommodated. The only thing I would comment on is that if you have a toddler, you need baby gates to keep them off of the basement steps. Also the cement back patio has a 2-3 foot drop on one end. Supervision required for small children. Otherwise, it is a great accommodation!

The house couldn't have worked any better for 8 of us. Everything we needed was there. We had more than enough room. Clean, quiet, very nice area, great back yard and a playground in the back was perfect. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Family Vacation Getaway

We had our first family getaway and this was the perfect location. Close to Ark Encounter & the Creation Museum, but even closer to a public park that we used regularly 6 kids ranging from 2-11. House was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of room for all.

Awesome experience

We stayed here with a few family members including two toddlers. The two levels was a perfect option for us and the large kitchen made family dinners easy to prepare. The location was nice and quiet and off the busy street. The park around the corner was super convenient as was the Walmart up the street. The property manager responded quickly with answers to questions and was very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again!

House by the Park

A very spacious house for 12 adults, all of the beds were comfortable and there is a lovely back yard. Both coffee brewing machines had portions that did not work but together we were able to make either a pot of coffee or a single cup. Thank you so much for the coffee provided. Ladies Ministry Ark Trip

The home was clean and easy to locate. Very spacious with plenty of room for air matresses if you did not want to utilize the pull-out beds. Only complaint was the beds are very low (mattress only, no box springs) and needs a few more blankets.

Great stay!

We loved the convenience to stores. The backyard and neighboring park were perfect for the kids. I did want to mention we saw a few ants in the kitchen, along the wall by the sink. No big deal for us, but some folks might get a little upset .

Very clean and comfortable

Nice house with two living areas. The early am downstairs folks could wake up and make coffee and shower without waking the up stairs folks. Very clean. Only suggestion is to add a few pillows for those who don’t care for fat/plump pillows.

Great for group

Everything was as described. Tested the 14 person max and we fit wonderfully. Convenient for museums. Two local restaurants, Beans and Kelley’s were excellent. Other choices were available as well. There is a wonderful park behind the house to play. Many items provided ie coffee, shower products, laundry soap etc. House was very clean with plenty of parking. Host is very accommodating.
