FIVE LUXE offers 382 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars (stocked with some free items) and espresso makers. Pillowtop beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. A pillow menu is available. 55-inch Smart televisions come with premium cable channels and Netflix. Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower with a deep soaking bath and a rainfall showerhead. Bathrooms are also outfitted with bathrobes, slippers and designer toiletries.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wired and wireless Internet access (speed: 100+ Mbps (good for 1–2 people or up to 6 devices)). Business-friendly amenities include safes and telephones. Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottles of water and coffee/tea makers. Great hotel

Amazing hotel in a great location with spacious clean rooms. The lobby is impressive and staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. The view from the room was amazing especially as the sun set!

Hotel management de-activated our room key in the middle of our stay without warning. We had prepaid in full for the room and gave the hotel a deposit for additional charges in the amount requested when we checked in. When our restaurant charges exceeded the deposit, the hotel de-activated the room key. Although the hotel had both my email and my cell phone number, the hotel neither called nor texted me to request an additional deposit. In my experience, hotels request payment for additional charges on check out and do not deny access to a room paid in full in advance.

Such a great fun hotel to stay at location is perfect. Staff are very friendly all the bars and restaurants are excellent and the room sizes are perhaps most generous in Dubai. thoroughly recommended

At first our room had a serious drainage issue. For two days, we had some loud noises coming from the toilet. The second day, the gutter started to spit crap out of the drain hole. Upon complaining, they moved me to a higher floor, which was better and our last day and night was great. Hotel it self was great. The rooms are equipped with modern amenities. Lighting system was top notch. The way I was able to control the lighting, I was amazed. Curtains were also button controlled and it was a great view, with the exception of the construction that is going on. Outside the balcony there was a huge generator with a very loud noise, that was going on 24x7. I enjoyed my stay here as I was able to walk to all shops and restaurants which were a plenty. It was also walkable to the marina walk, which I also enjoyed very much. Will definitely come back.

The hotel was brand new and the best looking one in the JBR compared to other hotels. I loved my stay there. The staff were amazing.

The restaurant near the beach (Cielo), as well as the gym, are exceptionally good. Furthermore, the quality of the room and service is top notch; true luxury is achieved. I found the hotel‘s location to be excellent for Dubai. The techno music around the pool is loud, even in the high floor rooms overlooking the pool. This was my only complaint, though I recognize that some may enjoy the vibe it creates.

Absolutely perfect stay

I recently stayed at Five Lux in Dubai for a week, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The hotel's design is modern and luxurious, with every detail carefully thought out. Our stay at this five deluxe hotel in Dubai Marina was absolutely amazing! From the moment we checked in, the team went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. For our final night, they surprised us with an incredible room upgrade, complete with a private pool—it was such a perfect way to end our time in Dubai. The staff was incredibly attentive, always checking in on us and making sure we were well taken care of. On the day of our departure, they even provided us with a full breakfast packed into to-go boxes so we wouldn’t miss out before catching our flight. Every single staff member was friendly, professional, and so well-trained—it truly made the experience unforgettable. I can’t wait to go back, just to stay with them again. Highly recommend this place and their exceptional team!
