Set on the amazing West Beach, with breathtaking views the sea, Marina skyline and Ain Dubai, this stunning villa features a large climate controlled private pool, garden and direct beach access. Head to the top floor, take a dip in the private jacuzzi and watch the sunset over the city.

The Space:
The Five Palm Beach Villa is a 'wow' property; it's difficult to capture the sheer size and luxury of the villa in the photos. This beach villa is double the size of the next category, and at 12,000 square feet, is a huge space. The beach villa comes complete with daily housekeeping and concierge service.

Being in the luxury FIVE Palm Jumeirah hotel complex, guests benefit from full access to the 5* hotel's spa, gym, pools, beach and restaurants.

The Five Palm Jumeirah Villa ground floor is a vast open plan space for dining, formal living, bar and entertaining, all flooded with open natural light from floor to ceiling windows, which look onto the private garden, pool, sun deck and bbq area (with top of the range Webber BBQ). Guests can walk directly onto the beach from the villa's private garden. The ground floor includes wet kitchen, guest W/C, study and the fifth / staff bedroom (small single room with en-suite).

On the first floor (accessible by the lift or stairs) are four double bedrooms inclusive of marble clad en-suites, walk in wardrobes and balconies. The bedrooms have beautiful balcony sun decks with sun beds. All bedrooms have a large 2021 model Samsung smart TV.

The second floor (accessible by the lift or stairs) is home to the huge entertainment room / second lounge, which fully opens onto a roof terrace with bar with jacuzzi, with a Marina Skyline view that will memorize any guest or resident whilst relaxing in the Jacuzzi or at the bar! There is also an Al Fresco dinning terrace to the rear which has a large dinning table and couches (total seating 20+ persons in this area alone).

Guests should note that Five Palm is a vibrant hotel, and as there is music played from the Five beach, and this is a beachfront property, the hotel music can often be heard in the villa and garden / pool area. For most guests this is a plus!
