The walls in the room was not clean The dustbin in the toilet and bathroom were open style and not hygienic The curtain poles were broken and taped up The TV had no channels or cable so no point having a TV if you can not watch anything The response time to complaint was swift but actually resolving an issue was not swift The Fire alarm in the block rung 5 times and we has no guidance on what to do OR if this was a real fire incident or a Fire drill

Needs improvement

Its a standard living apartment, lounge/dining area 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suites plus a separate w/c. Also a decent sized kitchen with the all the basic utensils and appliances. Condition and space wise the apartment ticked all the boxes. But I wasn't impressed with the service from the staff, as they don't have a front desk you can only communicate via WhatsApp. On the first day the water heater for both bathrooms was leaking so it was turned off and we had no hot water so were unable to take hot showers. I comunicated to the staff via WhatsApp but would get a reply back after a few hours. I had to resort to using the showers on the rooftop next to the swimming pool. 2 days before leaving the water heater was switched on and we was able to use the shower. It could have been fixed but was a big job and would take around 5 hours. I did request to be moved to another room but received no response. Service was poor from the staff but what do you expect for the price of stay and no front desk. Location was OK, about 10mins walk to the Dubai Mall.

It was clean, super location, reliable WiFi only in the apartment not the building. WhatsApp communication with the supervisor. I will stay there again with my family!!!

Localização excelente! Mobilia Muito boa! A equipe do Hi Guest nos tratou muito bem! O único detalhe que não gostamos foi no quesito da limpeza. Todo o chão do apartamento e banheiro estava todo mau limpo. As roupas de cama estavam limpas apenas a capa por fora mas por dentro estava com mau cheiro e suja. Cama muito desconfortável! No check in fiz as reclamações e mesmo assim ainda tiveram coragem de nos cobrar a taxa de limpeza!
