The hotel is a disappointment and a let down to the brand. From the duty manager that told me that they don't recognise expedia benefits (i complained to the manager the next day and complained each time i ordered food or drink to get the 20% discount) to the valet parking that takes over 30 minutes each time (self parking not allowed), to the cleaners that show up at 8pm to clean the room or don't show up at all if you don't call. Save yourself the hassle stay at the marina or waterfront.

Rip off breakfast charge

I got charged breakfast for 2 people when I was staying alone. When I asked if the breakfast charge for the second person could be refunded. The response was COMPUTER SAYS NO I will no longer book hotels with any Expedia subsidiary company, or Radisson Hotel again.
