We stayed in the part of the hotel that was stairs only on 4th floor. Our room had a large black stain all over the carpet. The water didn’t heat quickly for a shower (you are advised to wait 15 minutes), and everyone on staff was super sick and coughing all over. The worst part is the concierge / front desk advised us to park in a car lot that she said would be open at 6, and it was closed until 8 am! We had to be at airport by 8 am and had to call the emergency car park line and pay 50 Euros to get it out! We should have looked closely at the signs, but also trusted our hotel’s concierge. The only amazing part of our stay were the wonderful staff in the restaurant who made us an early breakfast to go and actually offered to problem solve our car problem when the concierge did nothing.

Room itself clean but tired, would have been nice a few years ago. Bathroom showing its age, mouldy sealant around sink and cold water tap in bath doesnt work..shower was good and powerful. Dont let this put you off as you dont spend long in̈ the room, its a three star, with a little investment could be four.

It was clean and well run . Staff were great. The only issue we had was the noise from the kitchen extractor / ventilation at night … it was very noisy . We were on the 4th floor. The portrait painting in the bar was brilliant. Would definitely return !

They let us check in early which was very convenient. Shane was at front desk most of the time and he was very helpful; calling for taxi, restaurant options, even helping print boarding passes for return flight. Breakfast had lots of options. They even fried eggs as I requested. Only negative was that ac had already been switched to heat and I had to open windows and use a fan to cool the room.

A great central location with big rooms. Only downsides were that the room wasn’t cleaned one day so no fresh towels and being a room with a connecting door (locked) we were disturbed late one night by those guests
