Comfortable rooms. Bigger than we expected for a downtown city hotel. Our room and bathroom looked recently rennovated and everything was very nice. Good location that's within a mile of everything we wanted to see in Dublin. Convenient if you are taking a tour of the countryside as many of the your busses leave from just down the block.Good selection of Pubs, restaurants nearby. Two grocery stores 2-3 blocks away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Need to do a better job explaining to foreigners how the lights work in a room, another hotel we used has a sign posted in the lobby, they should think of doing that too

Beautiful hotel with a great room. Check-in was quick and welcoming and the lobby is very nice. The location is convenient for the airport buses and is very central. There are many places for eating and drinking nearby. The room was cosy, with updated decor and a nice bathroom. The shower cabin was particularly good. The bed was comfortable. There was a TV with a reasonably good selection of channels. There was also a safe. I would stay here again when in Dublin. The price was very reasonable.

Clean room, could use some more amenities - weird to have shampoo but no conditioner or body wash. Getting to the wing we were in was not easy, down an elevator, up another elevator with no ability to get out a different door. Overall, good experience and would stay again.

Family room stay was excellent. Clean and well maintained room. Close to everything in Dublin. We walked 95% of the time to our destinations. Only criticism is the bathroom can get very wet with 4 people showering as the shower is open to the whole bathroom. We used a few towels just to keep the floor dry.

Breakfast starts too late

My only gripe is that the included breakfast starts at 7:30. And it is very nice, the best I have ever had. But I only was able to have breakfast once in the 3 mornings I was there as I had to leave for an early tour and then early to the airport. 6:30 or even 7 would have allowed me to get breakfast. The hotel was wonderful quiet, clean, convenient. An easy walk to the river, Temple bar, the Epic museum and shopping/ restaurants.
