This was a perfect place to be able to start/finish a tour as well as walkable to central Dublin for most attractions to be found there. We'll definitely return to Grand Canal Hotel!

Stayed the night before our Vagabond tour. The meeting point for our tour was at this hotel. The room was great, the bed was too firm for my liking. Otherwise, the staff was super nice and helpful and the resturant was good.

Beautiful hotel. Fairly close to city center, walkable at about 10 minutes to seeing main attractions, or a very short taxi ride. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend the Sticky Toffee Pudding!!!! Thank you for a great stay!

Smoking is strictly forbidden and controlled, but being drunk and unruly is allowed. Both nights were ridden with drunken youths running up and down the hallway. The second night we were moved to another room on another floor after midnight as a solution by staff. The room itself looked like a place grandpa went back in the day for a shag. Shower leaking onto the floor and moldy carpet. Small and fusty. All in all a pretty sorry stay. Would not even consider another stay there when much better hotels exist in Dublin. Truly the worst of all in our travels there.
