I was given a room that smelled very strongly like dog pee.. i could not breath and they did give me a room but CHARGED ME AGAIN, although it was paid before through expedia. The charge is not pending, it went through. so the night in this stinky dirty hotel cost a total of 230 for a night!!!!

Newer buidling with everything still working well. Good breakfast choices and nice lobby stairway. The only slight negative was there was a strange smell on the first floor hallway exiting the building that was always there. I stayed on the third floor so it was not a big issue.

The area for breakfast is always good, hotel was worth the price we paid,safety of the surroundings was important ,and the lounging area big windows make feel bright and airy.One thing we appreciated was the cleanliness of the common areas. The servise at the front desk was generally good however one employee i encountered was unable to answer my question and didn't appear willing to find someone who could.I believe it's important to address this.Thank you and see you again!

A great spot

The facility is comfortable and well maintained. Staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. The free breakfast is a great perk - the food was tasty and varied. I will stay here again. There is a wonderful park "just around the corner."

The room smelled like animal Urine. The breakfast lady (staff) was very rude to guests, irritable, and refused to give people syrup for their waffles at 9am, (breakfast until 10) so I watched them all eat dry waffles. Very odd, especially when they advertise these things for breakfast. She got mad at people who were buttering their toast near the toaster, and for the kids not knowing to flip the waffle maker over when it was beeping, maybe she could be a little kinder to guests in the future. I’ve stayed here many times but this was my first bad experience.
