Room did not resemble the pictures on the website. There was a strong smell of blocked drains throughout the property. I arrived too late to make new arrangements for the first night so stayed, keeping the bathroom window open to try to manage the smell. No staff were available. Nobody answered the phone number provided. I did not stay the second booked night. Hotels.com say they have been trying to secure a refund for me, but with no joy. The hotel is not answering my emails. This is the sort of hotel that gives Dublin a bad reputation. I will not be using hotels.com again as, clearly, the information on the website is not a reliable indication of the quality of experience you can expect.
