Great location, good amenities, beautiful room, very clean, good security after hours.

I arrived at 2pm for a 3pm check in. I was advised there were no rooms ready yet. I was told ai would be placed on a list and called once a room became available. At 2:30pm other gets were coming in and being attended right away. They were assigned rooms and luggage taken up to their room. I waited longer and approached the front desk again at 3pm. I am not sure of their policy but I felt a bit dismissed.
Overall a great experience would definitely give 5 stars if the communication was better
We had a great experience on our stay at The Grafton Hotel. Cleaning staff were very friendly and did an amazing job . The front end staff including Adam , Simon, Gareth and Noel made excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions while in Dublin . Our luggage was delayed a day from the airport but the staff called as soon as it arrived at the hotel. We felt they cared and we appreciated it.
Friendly staff,pleasant room and good food.I enjoyed the cooked breakfast and having coffee at the table rather than a coffee machine.

Disappointed as Grafton is a preferred hotel to stay in Dublin City centre.
This time not as positive. Booked via Hotels.com and given room 325 just across from lift yugh- was this due to 3rd part being booked!!
Room smaller than other visits - Barry’s tea but no other options.
Checking out a rude Indian entitled woman ignored the 2 person check out queue which the hotel staff were fine to support- maddening!!
Then my Drury street car park ticket was scanned a few times and told it was ok but at the ticket station it didnt work and had to contact agent to sort it out
This was my first time in Dublin Ireland, and I did a lot of research on the hotels around the area. I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The restaurant staff were top-notch and the food was delicious. I will definitely stay there again when I return.
This was by far the best experience we have had in a hotel. It exceeded all our expectation’s. All the staff were incredible. Murilo was attentive, kind and ensured we felt special celebrating our engagement. The hotel was clean, food was incredible and location was ideal. We will be back in Dublin and will come back to this hotel, aswell as recommend it to all our friends/ family. Thank you !
Great centrally located hotel. The staff went above and beyond. So friendly. They stored our luggage when we arrived and gave recommendations for the day. The room was clean and a great place for us to end our day. The bar was also a great place for a night cap! They booked us a taxi for our early morning back to the airport making our return home seamless. The only feedback we can provide: we wish there was an outlet for the hair dryer in the bathroom. It was shavers only. And the nachos at the bar were subpar. The “chips” were soggy with no crunch. Overall though, great experience and plan to return.
Perfect location, spacious clean room, with many pubs and restaurants nearby. The hotel also has a relaxing bar with good dinner options. All staff were welcoming and friendly. The only slight negative is that the room did not have a closet, although it had a place to hang things.
