We had a lake view balcony and it was beautiful watching ships pass through. Even if you don’t have a balcony there are plenty of spots around the building to see the bridge and lake! The rooms are updated, spacious and clean. Continental breakfast had a lot of variety. Staff is very courteous.

Nice size room. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom layout with plenty of towels and bath products. Breakfast was hotel breakfast. Hot tub was nice and clean. Parking is easy. We had a great view of boats entering and exiting the harbor. Only complaint would be lack of soundproofing and the herd of elephants above us.

I stayed in a deluxe king balcony suite for 1 Saturday night for $307. I'll probably not stay in this hotel again for this price. Over priced for what was given. There was nothing that made me go, good thing I paid extra. The goods - The hotel was clean. The staffs were friendly and helpful. There were sitting tables during breakfast. Multiple entry doors made carrying luggage simple. The bad - I expected more for $300 a night in a deluxe suite. I slept in cheaper hotels before and my room at Lift Bridge felt more like a $150 standard room at most. The bed was too firm and the blankets were thin. Woke up cold. There was no complementary toothpaste. I had to request from the front desk. There was Netflix but I had to sign into my own personal account to watch. All the movies available were rent to watch. The balcony was okay, nothing great for the extra cost.

The city view room we had was huge. The sitting area was separate from the sleeping area and both were extra spacious. Could have easily fit a rollaway bed (or 2) in the bedroom area, plus the sitting area couch folded out. Totally recommend for family (room 314). We enjoyed the balcony the most - great people watching!!!! Will return here.

Great view and friendly, helpful staff. At the desk they took credit card while there were two pending charges for two rooms on my card. Will wait and hope that the extra charge does not go through. Booked through Expedia and this may be a problem on their end.
