There is a need for some maintenance on the property. For what we paid I think they can afford it. I noticed several things that stuck with me such as areas needing paint. Nice place for sure though.

Great breakfast, nice clean room..even had a Nespresso machine, great proximity to restaurants and canal park. Would stay here again. Only complaint was floors around the pool and in the pool were scummy and dirty. Loved the two hot tubs and sauna though.

Great check-in process! Friendly and very short lines they addressed us immediately. Great continental breakfast! Poor facility was fun for the weekend and this hotel isn’t close proximity to shopping, food, vendors, and just Canal Park life! Beautiful scenery!

The location of hotel in Canal Park is perfect for walking the boardwalk, and close to everything! We loved the morning breakfast. Staff were super friendly. 2 hot tubs!
