Everything as far as appearance, customer service, and response time from owner was nice and ideal. Although, I have to add the fact that the property is advertised as handicap / wheelchair accessible in which this is not completely true. The pool gait was broken; therefore, we were not able to use this assistance getting individuals who use a wheelchair, into and out of the pool. In addition to this the actual room was not fully wheelchair friendly as well. For example, the bed was very high up with no step stool or assistance for entering the bed. the individual had to sleep in the living room area instead and the bedroom was not able to be utilized much if at all. The actual suite was quite a way from elevator, The shower didn't have much additional wiggle room for a caregiver to fit into the shower area to assist the handicap individual in shower. One of the main reasons this particular place was chosen was for the accessibility features, in which were also confirmed with the host prior to booking. It just didn't turn out to be what was fully expected. We do appreciate the kindness of the host they were great! Great response time, great customer service, Friendliness, everything. Thank you.
