Kind & helpful staff, very clean rooms with comfortable beds and a huge TV. Only "complaint" is that the AC unit made a very loud clunking noise when turning on that would actually wake us from our sleep.

I am not from a bigger city …. daylight was fine but night I would feel uncomfortable…. also little too far from main attraction of the Duluth Harbor…. the boats don’t move too often & the bridge wasn’t a big deal.

I loved this hotel especially the staff, from room cleaning staff, to the front desk to the Lyric Restaurant. My hands and arms are somewhat motion restrictive and have difficulty changing my shirts. The housekeepers went out of their way to assist me in this maneuver.
