Comfortable

Wondering where the previous front desk staff are. Typically we are greeted pleasantly and someone is actually at the desk. Not this time. We waited for someone to appear as did the next family behind us and felt as if we were an inconvenience. But as usual the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Bring back the pleasant team.

I was very upset with the number of people with (5) different dogs at one time in the breakfast dinning area. allowing them on the couches and eating off plates on the floor. I find this unacceptable. I asked management and the said they were not allowed in the dinning area but did nothing.

Clean and fresh. Found the soap bottles a little hard to use( I’ve got arthritis). We did not need a lot of amenities for our stay, but glad there were a few. Simple accommodations.
