There was a gas leak, yet we were assigned a room on that floor. We complained and were moved to a different floor. There was no HOT water because of the repairs. We were offered a partial refund Staff were upfront about the repairs when we checked in and very accommodating throughout our overnight stay. Good people!

Exceptional the staff was great

Well, first of all the pool and the hot tub was not working, so I was disappointed about that and at night I kept hearing this clicking noise like someone was trying to come in the room

Happy and successful trip

Food was okay, no bananas :( Bed and pillows were super comfy. Pool, refreshing and hot tub, relaxing with strong jets for massages. Customer service was superb. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

Families.......DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

The hotel itself was nice with a very friendly staff. However there was no security, homeless all around the parking lot, men being arrested in the parking lot entry and very sketchy people loitering around the front. I was so fearful of my families safety, we left 20 minutes after we checked in and had to forfeit the $155 I paid hotels.com fot the room. Overall this is not an area for families.
