We found this a nice place to stay. Older motel that has had upgrades. Clean and the staff were really nice. Cat friendly which is important to us. Good place to stay in Duncan. We would certainly return.

Older unit that appears to have had renovations and in older part of town. New security gate has been installed, but didn’t feel any security risks while renting there. Pretty quiet during our stay.

While staff was friendly and the room itself clean, our neighbors were smokers. And because there are chairs with ashtrays set up between each room, they smoked right outside our door which leaked into the room. I'm allergic to smoke and it triggered my asthma. Plus, the "hallway/balcony" light pointed directly into the bedroom all night. And the curtains did nothing to make it dark.

Didn't look at all like the photos

Pros: cheap, comfy bed, stable wifi, blackout/darkening curtains, window in the bathroom, friendly service, parking right outside the window. Cons: dirty fridge, no decor/atmosphere, bathroom fan didn't work, no lamp shades just bulbs, tv remote had dead, crusty batteries, loud creepy addict-type people being loud all night who live at the motel, can't have the curtains open because said people will see into the room and don't want to see them either. Was expecting something completely different from the photos. False advertising.

Fluffy bedding

Motel in a quiet residential part of town, but walkable to downtown. My room was recently refurbished and had the loveliest newest fluffiest bedding of any motel in B.C.!!
