Nice room but shower not working properly which meant hot water was cutting out. Only one hand towel and no anti slip in the shower so had to use a towel so no hand towel . Breakfast basic but okay .
The staff were really helpful both at check in and in the restaurant. The person serving breakfast was particularly good. The room was clean and had everything needed for an overnight stay. There was one fault, an annoying dripping tap somewhere. Sounded like the room above, went on all night. That didn't detract from the fact the hotel was clean and a pleasant place to spend the night.
Staff excellent food was terrific but on entering room tv did not work eventually a member of staff stood on a chair and reset it. No bbc1 on channel 1, channel 2 was bbc3 the next morning found bbc1 on channel 10. Fan in toilet noisy, and no sweetener with the coffee.
Room was compact but great for the price. Very up-to-date and clean, Loads of parking, staff very friendly and helpful. Evening meal was pleasant, but Breakfast was meadiocre as there was limited cearal and no muffins or pan de chocolate, and no hash browns or tomatoes.

Friendly staff, room not up to standard.
Staff were friendly and the room was clean. However, when we came there wasn't any hot water, some of the door handles for the bathroom was broken, the bed was a bit firm which was not to my liking.
Only negative was that we were in the first room on the bottom floor and there was an outside light above the outside door and even with curtains closed it was like sleeping with a light on inside our room,only negative thing as room had everything you need and beds were super comfy.
The rooms are comfortable, staff are very friendly.Especially a lady called Inga who cooked and served breakfast.Very pleasant and friendly. A good bus service into Dunfermline or to Glasgow.
Lovely hotel and family suite was clean and spacious. No towels were left out so had to ask for them at reception and this was rectified straight away.
Poor breakfast. No vegetarian option so we didnt have much choice. Asked for vegetarian sausages and was told this is something that should have been pre ordered when i booked the hotel. I didnt realise this as all other hotels cater to vegetarians. Disappointing

Lovely room and they let me 4 Biscoff biscuits every day in my double room. Lovely pub attached to the hotel.
