Convienent place right off the interstate, I thought the price was high for what it was, but then again it is NY. Breakfast was so,so.compared to other places we stayed at on our trip out and back from Arizona.
Small flies - like fruit flies in my 1st room. Went out to the front desk for the attendant to say 'oh, here too'. 2nd room was better after killing 5 beetle-like bugs in the bathroom. Luckily, I do not anticipate ever being in Dunkirk again. I would avoid.
This was a needed stay for me close to an event facility. However .... it wasnt great. First there is no elevator. So be ready for hauling luggage up a flighr of stairs and multiple trips in and back. Room keys didnt reliability work, it took passes to get into the building and room. My room had a large stsin on the carpet. The barhroom was clean but i had to be caref flush ing becaise it had a tendency to run and run until i jiggled the handke. And the bed was super creaky. I also was disappointed with breakfast. Had really hoped for some eggs but it was a very weak continental with nothing hot available. And be aware? Grubhub doesn't appear to operate in the area.

Room was super clean. Bed and pillows great!
Area around hotel was unkept and felt unsafe.
Room was fine except, the carpets were dingy, and dirty. Brought to the attention of the desk staff, and indicated they would have housekeeping check it out. I felt the carpets were just getting too worn to clean effectively.
The hotel is ok. The back door was not locked, i didn't need to use my key. The room was ok. The bathtub was dirty, there were plenty of towels. The deadbolt did not work on the door. There were stains on the duvet that were off-putting. The sheets were clean, which made it ok the sleep. The free breakfast could hardly be called a breakfast. I will probably think twice about staying here again
I walked into the first room and got into the bed to find a long brown hair which wasn’t mine so obviously the sheets weren’t changed. The shower head had mold on it, the floor of the shower had black stuff all over it. I went to the front and told them I was disgusted, they told me if I left early I’d be charged so I asked for a different clean room. I walked in with the receptionist who was very sarcastic and rude, this time taking a video, to three different piles of food on the ground with ants sworming it, and again a shower head that had mold on it. So I called Expedia for the room cancelled and got a new location.
