A perfect stay. The location is perfect and the place itself is a 10 out of 10. Couldn’t have ask for more nice if a place. And the windows and views you cannot beat.

The host was very attentive and the apartment is visually appealing but I think for the cost some of the inconveniences don't justify the price.The building seems to be mixed use with residential and medical / businesses on the same floor. Not bad, just kinda weird.Access to parking and the apartment is really a drag and at times felt unsafe. To access the garage in the evenings and weekends you have to exit your carGate / elevator / stairwell entry is a drag. Really inconvenient.Heaters are very loud, wake you up everytime they go off and make watching TV difficultThe large screen is far to complicated and you have to sit far to close for a screen that size. A normal size TV attached to the wall or on a stand would be much better. The problem with the projection is that you can't watch during the day and at night you have to sit in the dark.The kitchen sink only seems to supply hot water and I have no idea how to use the talking water dispenser, never could get it to dispense. It's also falling apart.The bathroom door is broken and with only 1 bathroom it is limiting.The lighting in the kitchen and bathrooms is poor. It's hard to prep food or get ready in the morning.The sink stopper in bathroom doesnt work. The mirror in the master is covered in fingerprints as was the bathroom mirror

This is a great one bedroom condo in downtown. The location is also great. It is just steps to Main Avenue where a lot of restaurants and shops are located. The condo is very clean and the kitchen has high end appliances. Bailey was great to work with. She always responded quickly, very helpful and friendly. She has a great list of local restaurants and things to do in the area. We would stay here again the next time in Durango.

This condo was perfect for us. Beautifully appointed, bed was super comfy, if you're a bath taking person, you'll be in heaven, rain shower head excellent after a long hike. The condo is in an ideal location, was very quiet, loved the private parking. Great italian restaurant in the building. Also, loved that you're so close to downtown, more great restaurants and shopping. And, everyone/everywhere very dog friendly. Many opportunities for hiking, awesome dog park, beautiful neighborhoods. Added bonus, every day you get to watch the steam engine tourist train chug by. We had fun waving to the passengers from the outdoor patio. Bailey is a special host, most accomidating.

Doing room table was a great workspace.We enjoyed the outdoor patioGreat TV setup & good instructions (than you!)One of the electric shades seemed to be broken(one next to the TV).We could hear the train, but it only runs during the day. I think it starts tooting about 8 or 8:30 AM. It only comes by every few hours.Covered parking was a nice plus.

Perfect stay

This property was perfect for us. Had everything we needed. We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do. River across the street for walking and Main Street behind us for shopping. Communication with manager also awesome. We will be back!

Perfect Location!

This condo is in the perfect spot! We were able to walk everywhere
 to get morning coffee & breakfast, shopping, dinner, and even the train station for our ride! There is a nice park on the corner across Main Ave that your dog will LOVE. The condo itself is beautiful and has everything you need to feel at home. The host was extremely responsive to any questions that we had. We will DEFINITELY book this one again next time we’re in Durango.
