There are 49 stairs up to the condo where you'll be staying on the 2nd floor. The 1059 square foot condo has 2 stories.

-One bedroom on the ground floor with a Queen bed
-Bathroom right outside that bedroom serves the downstairs and the bedroom.
-Downstairs you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, living room, in door wood fire place and living room.
-Upstairs you'll find a King Bed, private bath, and an area that opens up to the living room downstairs.
-Living room - there is a couch that pulls out into a bed.

There's a clubhouse very near by that is a blast from the past into the 80s. You'll find a dry Sauna there and an outdoor Hot Tub and Pool for your use.

Walk outside the condo and go around to the back of the building to the Powerline Trail system. The Power Line Trail connects to Raiders Ridge and the Horse Gulch trail system.

Fort Lewis college is across the street with more biking trails and hiking trails. 1 mile away you'll find Hillcrest Golf Course has tennis courts and an 18 hole course.

A short 4 minute drive to DNF (Durango Natural Foods CoOp) and about 5 minutes to downtown. You can also bike down the hill and have access to all of town easefully.

This condo is located up on the hill near the college and also has multiple points of access to be able to get to the north or south within the same time frame.

Please note: We do not have glade plug-ins or smelly things we clean with. Our ultimate goal is all natural products. Some guests do spray colognes or sprays but know your sheets and the air won't wreak with chemical smells from us cleaning. I value this greatly as a guest and like to provide this for my guests as a host.

We provide all natural shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your use.
You have the private condo to yourself, on-site pool/sauna/hot tub and parking up to 2 cars is welcome, there are no reserved spots.

The unit is on the 2nd floor of the complex and involves climbing multiple sets of stairs to come to the front door (49 stairs). There is also one set of stairs inside of the unit for the 2nd open bedroom with a King bed.

You can access the front door via a keycode you'll be given the day before check-in.
