Great House For Large Group

The check in went smooth and the property hosts were very responsive to any questions or needs we had. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook anything our group of eight needed. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub and other amenities. Great place for a large group wanting to visit that part of Colorado.

We stay at many VRBOs and this house by far has been the best. Communications with the property manger was timely, the house was extremely clean and the pictures in the listing did not do the property justice. My family was impressed.

We will definitely be staying here again! Everything we needed, absolutely gorgeous home and the views are spectacular! Beds are so comfortable, kitchen is very well stocked with all you need to cook. Our grands Loved the indoor pool! Close to all the adventures we wanted to do. Perfect Week!!!

We were a group of 10,5 adults and 5 kids! The property offered lots to do! It’s a bit of a drive to and from Durango but it was a nice get away!

Private and quiet

This home is as described in the listing. The views are very nice from the deck. While we were there, we saw deer and a flock of wild turkeys. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Just an item worth mentioning, there are a few stairs going to the master bedroom on the main floor.

once a year 4 of us going fishing and this was our 20th yr! We have stayed a lot of very nice VRBON homes but this was the best. Professional level kitchen, grill area. the view was amazing. Strongly recommend this property

In our group we had 4 adults and 6 kids ranging from 19 to 7. The communication from the staff was great, they made sure everything was perfect for us. This is one of only houses on our vacations that we had no reason to leave the house. Thank you for an amazing family vacation!

We LOVED the house and all the space it had for everyone to spread out or gather together. The kitchen was especially wonderful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on general condition was because the indoor pool and hot tub were not functional and the internet was unreliable (minor annoyances). The management company was very helpful and responsive to every request and detail. We hope to return and enjoy more time here in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would give this house 10 stars if it had AC. This is by far the nicest vacation rental house I have stayed in to date. However, it does not have AC which is a problem during July. The management company will tell you that it rarely gets above 8o degrees during the summer. Although this may be true; all I know is my room was rarely below 80 degrees during my stay which made for uncomfortable sleepless nights.

What a gorgeous home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What an absolutely gorgeous house! Nestled in the woods high above Durango, the views are spectacular. We loved the spacious kitchen with the large island, perfect for communal cooking and gathering. In the morning and evening, we walked the dirt trails that weave through the peaceful forest surrounding the house, twice spotting an enormous mule buck and a rafter of wild turkeys. The bedrooms are all roomy, with plenty of natural light and a nice-sized adjoining bathroom. The media room was great for watching late-night movies. We would stay there again, and probably will. We had a bit of an issue with the hot tub, but Dillon promptly resolved it.

Amazing family friendly home. You cannot go wrong staying here.

We stayed here for 8 days with our adult children and 2 under 2 grand children. We loved every moment. The deck, the fire pit, kitchen and entire home is immaculate and fantastic. Each room has its own deck, sitting area, walk in closet, mini fridge and keurig. The layout worked perfectly as each family had their own wing of the home. Plenty of space to spread out. The pool was awesome, the hot tub wonderful too. We were sad to leave. The property management company was quick to respond and very helpful. This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. Absolutely immaculate. Well stocked with appliances, gas grill, plates, cups, etc. I wish I could pick it up and move it everytime we need to rent a Vrbo. It did get warm without air conditioning. Open the windows at night, run the floor and ceiling fans continuously and close the windows and blinds in the morning. It was 95 outside most of our stay and the home was generally in the 70s. We saw turkeys and deer nightly, our sons-in-law saw a bear. Stay here! It’s a true blessing you will remember and treasure forever.

Summertime fun!

This was the perfect setting for a family get together. The view is spectacular and the house provides plenty of room and amenities for everyone. Durango has plenty of summer activities for all age groups. We would definitely return and happily recommend this property to anyone.
