This hotel offers a good value and is a great option for those looking for an alternative to the high nightly fees at the nearby casino. The free parking was definitely appreciated, and overall, it was a no-frills, functional stay. However, I must strongly caution future guests about the billing process, which was a significant issue. Despite selecting the option to pay upon arrival, my credit card was charged three times in one morning before I even checked in: a pre-authorization of the full amount, the actual charge, and then an additional, unknown full-amount charge. Although the third, extra charge was eventually refunded, the process put three charges through my credit card simultaneously. Given that the original pre-authorization didn't drop off for several days, this severely impacted my available credit for a significant period. Guests should be aware of this potential problem. On the room side, I wish the property had central air instead of the wall-mounted AC unit. I did not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast during my stay. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the confusing and disruptive triple-charging policy is a major point of concern that future travelers should be aware of.

The property is well maintained for being there since the 90s. It's in a safe location and adjacent to the Casino action. Be vigilant that google gps maps will screw with you a bit. There's a walmart near. Rib Crib was pretty good. A lot of attention to detail needed addressing, otherwise for a night or two, not bad.

The room was clean but there were a few mishaps. The AC was difficult to get to. It should have had controls on the wall. The TV was difficult to figure out. The bed had metal hooks on the side that protruded. Our hotel staff responded to each of our needs.
