Lovely hotel with very polite and helpful staff , good position for the beach and main road of durres with all the cafes , bars , restaurants , shops . Would recommend this hotel always ask the receptionist for advice made things alot easier and got us local prices not holiday makers. It was a great stay at relax inn. My friends and I enjoyed the experience. The staff were extremely friendly and the environment was really nice. The only challenge we had was that one of the rooms (Room 101 to be precise) had a constant smell in the parlour which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than this, it was really an amazing stay.

It was literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. Right across the road was a great little bodega where we could pick up drinks and snacks. Everyone we met was friendly. The breakfast was EXCELLENT, and the breakfast lady was the BEST! Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I stayed at Relax Inn for 5 nights and it was absolutely amazing! The overall experience from the warm welcome when we arrived till our check out was just splendid. There was a receptionist - Sola (hoping I’ve spelt it correctly) who we absolutely appreciate her efforts, thanks for everything. I will recommend Relax Inn for anyone planning to stay in Durrës. The only reason I gave a 3 star for cleanliness is because the drain in the shower had an odour every morning. Asides that, we enjoyed everything about our stay there.
