Fantastic stay

Fantastic traditional hotel. Beautiful, spotless room and great breakfast with yoghurt, fresh fruit, bread, hams, cheeses, salad, bacon, sausages, egg, cake, fruit juices, tea, coffee. Highly recommended.

Hotel is located in a very central and quiet area, everywhere is within walking distance which is great. Rooms are beautifully designed and gave a lot of comfort. Only bad thing about this hotel that led me give 3 stars for overall was the internet connection. We as a family were not able to connect to the hotel wifi from any of our devices for three days. I had my data on my phone however my parents didn't and they couldn't use wifi for the duration of our stay.

The property was nice. The shower ran hot and cold at its whim. Was not bad. Was not great.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are beautiful. Beds are comfy. Rooms are very specially decorated and are spacious. However - the water was hot /cold which made the shower terrible. Our room had no toilet paper or Kleenex and the front desk lady left. I had to go looking for some. The next morning the staff wanted to charge me for parking ( which was free for me) and a room upgrade ( which was offered to me the night before ). The morning staff and the evening staff don’t communicate. A nice hotel but there seems to be staffing problems

Dusseldorf weekend stay

Lovely little boutique hotel, very quaint. Room was very clean and the service from staff was lovely. It was a lovely gesture to leave a token cake each morning. We were unable to try out the morning breakfast as we had other plans. The only thing we missed was the complimentary tea and coffee in the room, a mini fridge and a lift. But the location of the hotel was spot on as we were near local shops and convenience stores. The fact the tram was right outside the hotel was a bonus and you could not hear the noise outside when you were in the room. We would definitely come back again as the location was convenient for us visiting family.

It’s clean and not far from the center . Drawback is that you can hear the tram from the room . It is a bit difficult for me to sleep well

Great value for Money

The hotel is just great. very clean , nice staff, good breakfast. beautiful design and with great location. easy to get from the airport to the old city. and for a great price. I highly recommended it and I hope to come again

Warm and helpful staff. My room was 2,5 flights of stairs up with no elevator; unacceptable at my age; the alternative single room was tiny, hot, and noisy. Breakfast room only has shared tables. Garage is 1 block away. For these reasons I reduced my stay from 6 days to 4. The Wotif consultant was TOTALLY USELESS in asking management to do so without penalty, but after much discussion between myself and the boss he ultimately agreed.
