I went to check in around 11:30PM. There was no clerk for 30 minutes. I rang the service bell, I called, hotels.com tried to call twice and no response. My party and I left to find another available hotel room, hotels.com refunded the room.
The room was okay and staff was okay but the bed wasn't comfortable and they didn't have any breakfast like it was supposed to and when you get a shower the water would be freezing cold all at once the only good thing about the stay was the room was clean and kept up and the wifi was really good that is all I have to say and I wouldn't prefer on any one staying at the hotel I would recommend a high price one instead
There was evidence that there could be bed bugs, the mattresses had holes in the seams, there was rust colored stains, underneath mattresses were filthy with debris. Asked for a different room and underneath the mattress was black mold and debris. We ended up leaving and not staying, no refund was offered for having to leave
One night stay. Beds were small, pillows were tiny and uncomfortable. Even the toilet was small. This room is definitely not for anyone taller than 5ft. Did not eat breakfast as front desk clerk stated I would have to go to the next hotel to eat. There were 2 insects in the bathroom this morning. Definitely will not be staying again.
For an economy place it was up par with more expensive hotels. I didn't go to breakfast, so I don't know what they had. However, the bed was comfy and the room was clean, not having that odd musty smell that many cheap motels have. They also had a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. I just stayed in a much higher end place near Chicago that didnât provide the latter two. I could tell they put some forethought and $ into their remodel.
Disappointing to look at on the outside but room was up to par for the price. There was a closed, dilapidated, stagnant partially covered swimming pool just a few feet away from our room. Had to go to Quality Inn for breakfast.
