We had a great stay at the Sheraton. We were put in the handicapped room first, and the shower head wasn't working right so the staff upgraded us to a better room that was pool side. It was wonderful! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. It's our favorite place to stay in the off season because of the warm indoor pool area.

We went to Cape cod to spend time with granddaughter, she was all excited about the swimming pool, Friday afternoon we got to go to pool for 1 hour. There were young hockey players spending weekend there also. Friday night they damaged pool and it was closed for the rest of weekend. Hotel was going to refund half our money but we went third party,reservation. We were hoping that we could get refund from you. So disappointed.,......

The room was clean. When we arrived the TV did not work. When I tried to call the front desk from the room phone, the phone did not work. We went to the front desk and had maintenance show up immediately. The TV needed to be plug in, but the phone was dead, so we told them not to worry, we had cell phones. So basically, all was okay, a little pricey for the stay, but met standards.

The gentleman at the front desk was less than helpful. He made sure I knew he was penalizing me because I booked through expedia and not the hotel itself. Childish when all I asked was to have my room near my sisters room.
