Room was clean however bathroom mirror was frosty (might be wrong spray used) and the bathroom floor was awful very dirty Had to get some disposable slippers just to wear in there

Staff were fantastic - really lovely and friendly. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was quite minimal. The room was very oppressive. Only window was in the bathroom. Bed was soft but definitely needs firmer pillows. No safe in room. No vending machines - nightmare when you are fancying a bit of chocolate! Very much a guys hotel with all the sports. Sorry Village - I wouldn't choose your hotel again - it's just not for me.

Room was very poor had no where to dry towel or foot matt. The shower made the floor soaking wet when using it. Single person. The loo didnt flush well at all the door itself did not give privy the bed lost the pillows down the back of the bed between headboad and the matress very stressing. Outside the room on both nights could just hear slanming of doors and shouting. The air con unit leaked water into the door way.
