Comfortable stay

Felt area was safe. Parking easy and well lit. Room was clean. I don’t eat the breakfast but they have a good variety. Kudos for the upgrade to the tv service in the room. They now have streaming service (stayed there previously and tv only offered Direct TV which imo is not very good). My only complaint is that they have 1star pillows. If you can bring your own. There was a lot of noise in the room above mine they were not very considerate.

Clean surroundings and easy check in. Our room was a suite and had 2 TVs but only one working remote control. Replacement remotes did not work. Pool and hot tub looked clean but hot tub was ice cold. Bathroom sink faucet hot water only got warm after 3-4 minutes of running the water. Disappointed

The room was spacious and comfortable, in a king suite, but it had a bad smell. Needed air freshener and cleaning to remove the smell. Everything else was good in the room. The front desk staff was nice. But the kitchen staff at breakfast was not friendly, she didn't smile or appear happy. She actually seemed irritated when I and others asked simple questions.
