This home was amazing to celebrate the new year holiday with my family. We had 10 people with us and everyone was perfectly accommodated. The home was clean, spacious, and was fully stocked just like the description in the listing. We booked last minute, and the host was communicative from the beginning and up until we left to wish us safe travels. The fire pit and game room were a big hit. My husband brought his boat and went out on the lake to fish with my brother. Very peaceful neighborhood. The views of the lake were spectacular. I definitely recommend booking here and would love to come back again.

We all enjoyed the stay!!! When we first got there it was the kitchen that caught my eyes. I love a big kitchen!!!! I love that it's a game room for the kids to enjoy. My only downfall was the stairs and the hill out front when you have to load and unload, it's definitely a workout! Overall it was nice, roomy and cozy for the family.

Kevin was great and made sure everything was ready for our trip. The house is awesome for large families, there’s multiple places to gather and if you need peace and quiet, you have two living rooms plus the game house. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows by the fire pit and we took the canoe out a few times. This was our family Thanksgiving trip and it was so nice to have two kitchens and full size refrigerators to prep and cook in. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and we all were comfortable and slept great. The neighborhood is serene and our dog enjoyed walking and exploring. The area by the dock is huge and we had plenty of room to play games. We had a great time, thanks again!

The house was very roomy with multiple gathering spaces. The game room was a big hit. The mattresses were acceptable but not extremely comfortable. Wish the master bedroom had a king bed—it was big enough to accommodate one. This was the first VRBO that we’ve stayed at that actually provided enough paper products and towels for our group of 12. The kitchen was well-equipped. The property managers were very responsive to our needs.

Fall Family Trip 2024

The house was very well laid out with enough space for our large family to spread out and have fun. The extra game room was a nice addition although we didn’t utilize it that much. Parking was great for boat trailers and large numbers of vehicles. However, whoever cleans the house is doing bare minimum. Trash from the previous guest was left out side in the trash can for us to deal with to avoid a fee. The game room was left open and the ac was way down on 63. Many, many dishes in the cabinets were dirty with visible food on them. The closet where the vacuum cleaner is stored stunk so bad indicating the bag had not been changed in a while. And there wasn’t even a broom on site to sweep up behind ourselves. This home is way too nice to not be being taken care of. Maybe the owner will read this and take note to follow up with whoever is doing the clean up. Would I stay here again
.Absolutely! Actually am looking at some upcoming optional dates.

Bon-voyage for my daughter

The place was great for my large family. We brought our boat and also made use of the toys provided by the host. The cove was great to just relax and float without worrying about large water boats passing by. We caught fish right off the dock. I would definitely recommend this home and will be back.

Family Vacation

We had a relaxing vacation at this property. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. My 93 year old grandmother and the rest of the crew enjoyed fishing from the dock. The younger crew enjoyed the big water with plenty of room to ski, knee board and tube! Definitely a great vacation destination!

Great house - especially for families with children and teens. Plenty to do with kayaks, canoe, paddle board, pool and ping pong tables, etc.! Also, great gathering spaces as well as numerous spaces to spread out for personal space - to read, relax, nap.

Lake vacation

One bathroom was not clean. no broom, dust pan or vacuum available. This would be nice for use in kitchen especially. Too many steps to get luggage and food inside. Not enough kitchen equipment - no pizza pan, pizza cutter, large baking sheet. Oven needed cleaning.Toilet tissue was extremely thin. Good things - lots of linens available,kids loved the water equipment and the games and equipment in the extra room. The location was great. Kids also loved the bunk room. TV was not easy to operate and no instructions were available. Overall it was a very nice vacation and I think the complaints could be fixed.

Perfect Spot!

This is an amazing property! If you are looking for a place to accommodate a large group, it is perfect. We had 8 in our party which gave each person their on bed. The newly remodeled upper level is beautiful however with the second building that they refer to as the game room we didn’t even use the upper level except to sleep. The game room was definitely our hang-out spot! Located in a nice quiet cove we enjoyed fishing from the docks as well. All around I would highly recommend this property! Look forward to staying there again!

A nice house but needs some cleaning on back porch and website listed a hot tub but there wasn’t one. Rental agent told me that listing was a glitch but we were disappointed there wasn’t one Also, rental agent sent me an email on Friday night telling us to prep for Saturday departure but we had rental until Sunday. So, a nice comfy house but communication needs improvement.

Perfect for a family gathering

We were there for Thanksgiving, and loved the property. The house was easily able to accommodate our large group. Jeanine was very responsive to any questions we had, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Lake Oconee area.

Great place for a family reunion!

We had multiple families in town for a wedding and we stayed together at the house. We had fun with the fire pit and fishing and kayaking off the dock. Lots of great space and plenty of bathrooms.

Perfect for our group!

This house was just perfect for our youth group and teachers! There were 14 of us in the group. The layout of the rooms gave us exactly the space we needed. The kids really enjoyed playing pool and other games in the spacious downstairs area. They enjoyed playing foosball in the game room, as well. The weather was perfect, and the tables outside on the decks were used for most meals. We were very grateful for the area under the deck to be able to load our vehicles because it was raining when it was time to pack up. We will echo what other reviewers said about disposing of the trash. It is really something that you need to plan for. We did a trash run before packing up the vehicles, but there was one final bag to take on our way out a couple of hours later. When we went by the trash center at that time, it was closed, and we ended up having to haul the trash with us until we stopped for lunch. The property owner was very good about replying to messages promptly. We would highly recommend this property for a large group!

Awesome spot on the lake!

We booked a stay with 11 adults and one teenager. There is more than enough space for 5 couples to have their own room and space for singles in bunk beds. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great. The game room is incredible and was an awesome spot to serve our meals and just eat them inside or sit by the dock. The dock has kayaks and paddles we were able to use and a great fire pit and BBQ grill. There is ample parking for over 12 vehicles in the back and it is in a very private neighborhood, but not too far from a local gas station. It is not far from downtown Eatonton either. I will say, you need to take your trash to a trash collection facility, make sure to read all the instructions when you book this stay.
