We had a fire alarm and evacuation of the building at 1230am. Had no coffee for guests, and you were 50/50 able to get service at front desk when they weren’t embedded on their phone screens. They were kind when you finally spoke with them but it seemed as if they rather avoid the guests.

Solid Stay

We needed a convenient place to stay that had an indoor pool for kids. The hotel was nice, staff friendly and room size ok. Kids got some cuts on their feet from the pool, when we told the front desk all they said was oh we will into it. No real concern or compassion shown. Not that we made a big deal of it. Aside from that it worked out well for us.

The hotel ascetically inside is beautiful . The pool was nice and clean. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
