Second time we have stayed at this rental. We enjoyed it last year and definitely loved it this year. The house is clean, comfortable and spacious, great lake views. Hosts were very responsive after an electrical storm tripped some of the circuits. The gas grill is in great shape and easy to use. We will definitely return!

Amazing home on Lake Martin! Had everything we needed. Parking was tight and the only negative thing about this property but that’s a small challenge in comparison to the lake view and spacious accommodations. Will stay here again for sure!

Family fun on the lake

The home and views were great. The home is well stocked and there was ample space for all 10 of us. The outdoor space was amazing also Parking not so great for us. We all had large vehicles (2 Ford F250’s and 1 Ford Expedition Max. Getting in and out was a tough squeeze but we managed. Parking would be easier for smaller vehicles.

Wonderful house!

Everything you need!

The house was perfect, the yard and the covered porch had abundant seating to accommodate many. We stayed in the off season so the water was still low but the views were still amazing, and the backyard was perfect for grilling on a sunny early spring day. The open are upstairs was wonderful for the kids to play. Parking was tight but that’s to be expected in a place on the water and wasn’t an issue for us.

Spacious, well equipped property. The hosts were super-responsive to questions prior and during our stay. The outside area is gorgeous and spacious though it was too cold during our stay to enjoy. When they say parking is tight, believe them. Getting vehicles in and out was a little nerve-wracking. Overall, we enjoyed the property.

We didn’t want to leave!

What a great house in a perfect Lake Martin location! This home had everything we needed which was to relax, float in the lake, watch college football and just laugh with our good friends. We got exactly that! The view is incredible. The sunsets are gorgeous. The lake is quiet. The screened in porch and lake gazebo were where we mostly gathered; even for our breakfast. We would stay longer next time and rent a boat! There were plenty of floats, chairs, TV’s, fans for our group of 6. This is definitely a home we would return to. Who knows? Maybe we make it an annual pilgrimage! đŸš€đŸˆđŸ”‘

Great Lake Getaway

Very much enjoyed a long weekend at the Lakehouse. Kitchen stocked well, bedrooms roomy and comfortable, great screened porch, loved the gazebo/deck over the water, beautiful view of the lake. Host is accurate about the tight parking but we managed fine! Great location on the lake, close to marina's and restaurants. Thank you George and Brittany! Will definitely come again.

Great weekend

We had 3 families (6 adults and 6 kids) and the sleeping and house layout worked well for multiple families. The host was super responsive and sent an ac tech out to fix the breaker that kept flipping and causing the ac to turn off. She checked on us without me having to update and quickly solved the problem! The outdoor space is so nice on the lake side but parking is a bit tight. We had 2 large trucks and a Tahoe and barely fit in the drive Pictures make the inside look larger but we spent the whole weekend outside it didn’t matter. We loved having the upstairs living space for the kids to play and watch tv when we were cooking or watching football

Amazing!

We loved everything about this property! The house is huge with plenty of beds and bathrooms. All the kitchen items we needed were provided. Big tv’s were everywhere inside and out. And the outside? Oh my gosh it is indescribable! You are right on the water!! The new gazebo is perfection and probably became our favorite place! The paddle boards and kayaks got a workout from the 8 of us. Don’t hesitate
rent it now!

Perfect

If you are coming to Lake Martin to enjoy the lake, this is your place. The proximity to the water is the best we have encountered in rentals at Lake Martin. The large screened porch, the pier area, water toys and location on the lake are perfect. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The two master suites with their own bathrooms were great. We will be back!

Great Family Vacation

Great location to Anchor Marina for boat rentals. House has amazing docks and gazebo. Plenty of space for 3 families. Lots of rec at the house, both for the water and the house. Definitely planning on coming back

All in all an enjoyable experience. Very nice dock and outside area that has been recently updated. House interior is slightly dated, but fairly clean. There was problems with the internet and there was no cable upstairs so we were not able to watch tv in the room.

Early Fall getaway

We absolutely loved the house and the layout of the back patio and dock areas. Easy access and docking for our boat. Everything was well maintained and clean. Parking can be a little tight but we did fit 4 vehicles in the allotted space. We will be back and highly recommend this to others.

The Best for a Big Family!!!

We spent our annual family trip at this house. We had two children under age 3, and this house did not disappoint. It was very childproof and toys were even provided.. The amenities that were offered were awesome. We especially loved the kayaks. The screened in porch was perfect for a football weekend and eating meals. Everything we needed was already at the house. We plan on returning to this home again very soon.

Fun place

We had a great time. They were serious when they said parking was TIGHT. Fortunately we had a family member living a few houses away so we parked there. We did have two trailers so that was understandable The location on the lake was awesome. Fridge was small and the extra fridge took 3 days to cool one case of drinks. A/C worked great but kept resetting to 78 and that was too warm so we just knocked it back down when it happened. Kids loved looking at the fish at night thanks to the underwater light.

Big Water Views

The outdoor living area is amazing. The view was beautiful. We spent a great deal of time in the outdoor space. My grandkids enjoyed swimming and playing close to the deck. We had a few problems with the AC but the owners promptly addressed the situation. The house sits at the end of a one way small road.
