Every Comfort Inn I stayed at allowed pets for a fee. I made this reservation approx. 9:30 at nite when I was re-routed due to road construction. The front desk informed me that they were NOT pet friendly & wouldnt cxl my reservation. Tried 3 more places ahead & all were full due to conventions in NYC. Had to drive till 11PM to find a room at a Red Roof on Brunswick Pike , Trenton, NJ

they charge you for damaging the furniture that u didnt even do. my guest was pastor. i have known him about 20years. I never seen him smoke or possess any lighter. comfort inn told me on pastor’s room, he damaged the furniture with lighter and cigarette, so they charge me $500 on my credit card. plz do not book here they ripped you off.

Great property and location. Our bathroom door.was broke so that was a little.of an issue especially when someone flushed the toilet in tbe middle of the night. Als great location but it sits on public property there were people having a party / meet up with loud musicn the parking lot all night. So nerween the toilet and partying i got no sleep

No support from reception staff. They asked me to bring physical cash for security deposit wouldn’t accept my husbands credit card. No where before the stay they asked me to bring two forms of ID and ID Should match that on the card you are paying from. I had to try three ATMS all of them were temporarily broken. Told hotel receptionist no help from him atall. I finally had to go to money gram to get physical cash. I offered payment through various ways like Apple PAY , credit card he said they don’t accept any of that. At the end of the day all this for 100$ security deposit which I will get back tomorrow. What an utter shame. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. They don’t care about the guest’s comfort atall.

Poor customer service, they did NOT have the room we had requested for my wife’s birthday gave us another and did Not wanted to explain nor try to resolve issue! We ended up taking the other one but I will never come back or recommend anyone our friends,family or Business Associates.

Breakfast area was very small, first morning they ran out of everything at 9:30. It was very crowded and just poorly designed. They have these scent boxes in the hallways that diffuse the STRONGEST scents (not bad but tooooo strong) if you are sensitive to smells stay far away from this hotel. The pillows on the bed are essentially throw pillows and not a normal size your sleep on? I was so confused and when asked about it the front desk attendant said we weren’t the first to ask about that but there was nothing they could do.

Front desk Was really well done. Neo was fantastic and really provided excellent service. Sliding door was open so a little Concerned but locked it and no issues. It is on the Hudson so if you get a River view it is really beautiful. Good restaurant near by.

The place with overall good, yet, I struggled for 2 days with Connecting the TV to the internet. The stuff came twice to help but that was not very helpful. Also, the plug of the microwave and the fridge stopped working on my first night and it stayed like that for a whole day which made me lose the frozen food that I bought for my little son and I was not compensated for that.
