The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. Getting into the center of Edinburgh was a breeze, with a bus stop right outside the hotel. I dined in the hotel restaurant that evening—wonderful waiting staff and a great experience.
