A good hotel but way too expensive in my opinion after all fees. Room is nice but super loud outside all night long and if you like your room pretty warm you can adjust the thetmastat which really frustrated me especially at $500 a night. Beyond all that it’s a good location and certainly not my worst experience but this should not have cost this much.

The menus for the restsurant and room service should be available in the rooms or online. Otherwise, very nice. Also, they should male it clear that on any given floor, there are steps, like 8 down and then 8 back up. One of us struggles with stairs.

Nice hotel, great service, horrible floor plan

The hotel itself was nice enough and the service was good. The issue we had was one that unfortunately cannot be corrected. It is for the reasons below we will not be staying there again: the lift was so small we had trouble Gerri g our luggage + toddler in a stroller into the car. Once we got to ou floor, we encountered two small flights of stairs on the way to our room. Again, with the toddler in a stroller and luggage from two weeks of travel, this was extremely inconvenient.

the property was under construction, if someone had told me I would have booked somewhere else for my trip. Disappointed we were no told ahead of time. Something that Hilton should consider in the future

The location of this hotel was perfect! Right on the Royal Mile and convenient for walking to wonderful restaurants and shops. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and patient. The rooms were beautiful and had fantastic views, staff cleaned regularly and perfectly. This is my favorite hotel to stay in and I will be going back!
