2 things they told us had we not booked through Expedia our stay would’ve been $300 cheaper but we did soo we lost out! Very disappointing to say the least!!! They told it’s always cheaper to book through the hotel itself… Also the hotel was dirty. The rooms were very, very small for what we paid. We should’ve gotten much bigger rooms for the price and it said it was a family room!! Plus it should be cleaned. It was old not painted well and the carpet was all stained up!! Disappointed:(

Stayed several times at this hotel but this stay was not up to scratch. The room was not very comfortable, the bed was particularly uncomfortable. We stayed 2 nights and woke both mornings with aching backs. The room and hotel are looking dated and shabby. We actually heard other guests refer to it as a dump. Whilst we wouldn’t go that far it was not at a standard we would expect for the cost. Breakfast was cold and not enjoyable. With the exception of one female member of staff on the front desk the remaining staff were friendly and helpful. We booked this hotel for its location but didn’t find any reason to want to return.

We had to ask for clean towels as they had dirt marks, shower curtain had mould on the bottom. We did ask for them to be changed which they did while we were out. The sink and bath were damaged, grout near the bath black mould. sealant under window also had black mould. Carpets stained. Reception and public areas look really nice but the rooms need an upgrade. Staff were really nice and polite.
