The room was super clean and spacious! It was so much more than what we expected. It's located in the old town, a mere 10 min walk from main landmarks like St Giles Cathedral. We loved our stay and will definitely come back

Apartment was in a great location which was very quiet off The Royal Mile. The apartment was very spacious and was very well equipped with kitchen items. Having a washing machine was very handy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. An express Tesco was a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Comfortable room with twin beds and kitchen. All basics included for eating in the room inc tea/coffee, sugar, tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Very well equipped for a short stay

Clean room, air con, however the washer/Dryer was broken and would not open. A little noisy with doors shutting etc, and the lift is incredibly slow, but other than that an ok place to stay.

We were a bit concerned walking up to this property in a dark back alley with overflowing trash bins in front of the entrance. Once we checked in amd saw the room, we were more comfortable. Clean bedding and towels and modern interior. There were a couple large spiders crawling on the walls and a booger with hair stuck to it on the wall. That was pretty gross but it was the cheapest in the area so we did not expect much and were overall pleased.
