Comfortable room with twin beds and kitchen. All basics included for eating in the room inc tea/coffee, sugar, tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Very well equipped for a short stay

Clean room, air con, however the washer/Dryer was broken and would not open. A little noisy with doors shutting etc, and the lift is incredibly slow, but other than that an ok place to stay.

We were a bit concerned walking up to this property in a dark back alley with overflowing trash bins in front of the entrance. Once we checked in amd saw the room, we were more comfortable. Clean bedding and towels and modern interior. There were a couple large spiders crawling on the walls and a booger with hair stuck to it on the wall. That was pretty gross but it was the cheapest in the area so we did not expect much and were overall pleased.

The first thing we didn't like was the cold welcome, we arrived at the property late at night and the person in the lobby didn't even say helloselcome or good night, the location was good near the main attractions, the room is comfortable but needs maintenance, breakfast was included but we were never informed that it was a bottle of milk. Orange juice, butter, a packet of bread and 4 little boxes of cereal ,

A hidden gem near Holyrood Palace just off the Royal Mile. Convenient, walkable, and easy location. Our apartment was a little scuffed up but it was spotlessly clean with every needed amenity (and more). We recommend that you ask for a higher floor to reduce street noise. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was perfect. Being near the end of the royal mile it was a quiet area and only a 20 minute walk to the castle.

Third time staying here, 2 bedroom apartment was a little worn compared to previous stays, new washer/dryer was great?, location excellent. Small amount of mould in bathroom and this apartment had very creaky floors, compared to others

The apartment we stayed in was beautiful, it was clean and modern. We were a group of 2 couples and had 2 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite and a bathroom included within the apartment. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again

Pros: Good sized rooms and amenities with a generous breakfast hamper of assorted items (cereal, jam, milk, bread, biscuits, yoghurt, juice). Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and kitchen included dishwasher & washing machine. Room has good A/C. 24 hr ATM, Tescos & some restaurants located 3 min walk away. A Planetarium/Science Museum is located 5-7 min walk and is great for families with kids. Arthur's Seat/Holyrood park is a very scenic area that is great for nature walks and picnics located 10-12 min walk away. Cons: Some front desk were not friendly (junior), room needed maintenance in some areas e.g. kitchen cupboard doors not closing properly, leaking in apartment beneath ours etc).
