Our room was cold and noisy heated. We ended up changing the room and upgrading it solved the problem. Showers was unsafe and inconvenient in both room. I fell in the shower trying to adjust the shower. Morning staff was more helpful that PM staff.

Stayed many times here, a wonderful hotel with an excellent location. Check in staff very good, breakfast staff excellent. The only problem was the hotel public areas and our bedroom were not heated very well. I did raise this on our first day and advised would be resolved from a remote site. We have stayed during really cold spells and has not been a problem, so what went wrong?

We arrived late in the evening and the hotel staff was so kind. They quickly checked us in, had a suggested place for dinner and even called to make us a reservation. They brought bags up to our room while I parked the car. This was truly exceptional service!

The heating didnt work in the room and was never fixed after multiple requests. The phone didnt work either, causing me to go downstairs to ask about the heating issue. The phone issue was known and "will be fixed in the future". The shower took over 10 minutes to heat up. I don't know why they would rent a room out in that state?

Great location! Some room for improvement!

Room was nice and tidy. We have stayed here multiple times in the last 10 years. I was a bit disappointed to see some obvious signs of wear and tear in the room furniture/ table area. Also, WIFI was really disappointing. Not what you would expect for such a large hotel. Had issues using the Chromecast/ pairing with an iPhone at night-time. Hotel starting to look a little bit dated as the years go on. Our room was not serviced one of the days, so we got it serviced after 7pm when we went out for dinner. However, overall a comfortable stay and great, central location!
