The walls are super thin. The structure is not like an intention hotel regarding sound abatement. Beware that a couple in the room next to you is not in the least be going unheard.

Beautiful hotel, room was clean and quiet, bathroom good size and well appointed. Delicious breakfast every morning. Staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations for nearby shops and restaurants. Would happily stay there again.

Location is great- 5 minute walk from Haymarket station. Very lovely property. The rooms aren't real large, but offer plenty of room. The restaurant in the hotel is lovely and we had great food. Would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to several bus stops and many food options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The only small things that could be improved are the storage space in the room (there’s no wardrobe, just a clothes rack) and the cleaning, as used cups were not removed during my stay. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it!

Room was not ready on arrival. Directed to the bar to wait. Charged an exorbitant price for a coffee and a small white wine. At £300 per night I would have expected the tea/coffee/milk to have been replenished for the second night. Lovely room but poor customer service

Good and bad

Some pros and cons. Staff very friendly. Location great. Hotel in general very nice. But… toilet / bathroom smelt awful (room 209). Also, room was not cleaned. Which I found very weird. I went out all day, came back at 8pm and room not cleaned, bed not made, towels not picked up off floor. Either they don’t clean the rooms every day, or they forget my room. Not good.
