Stayed here with my 2 youngest kids. Location was great for shopping. Kids loved the waterside and the breakfast was great! Wasn’t my first time staying here and won’t be my last.

The property is nice, there is free breakfast but it ends early so we weren’t able to try it out. Overall not a bad place to stay when in Edmonton, convenient location.

The room was great. Very comfortable. Quiet. The breakfast staff were fantastic and overall it was also great! Unfortunately we had a not great experience in the pool. Someone’s kid puked all over the pool deck and nothing was done about it. People were walking in it and going in the pool. We left and I stopped at the front desk to make sure she knew and was told that there was just her and no one to clean, so I reiterated that people were walking through it and getting in the pool, and the front desk lady really didn’t care. No attempt to close the pool or anything. There were also no towels in the pool area and so I asked about that and she snapped at me that “no one brings their towels out of their room that’s why” and pointed at 4 towels she had cleaned on a shelf but had not put out. Really really poor customer service from this lady. And blatant disregard for health standards in the pool. It really put a damper on our stay.

Comfortable beds, quiet hotel, they sometimes don't have enough staff on though to deal with the rush of all of the check ins so it can be hard to get help from the front desk in the evening.

Property was excellent, although pool was “smallish” and humid/stuffy, so did not use it, but the rest of the amenities made up for it. The hotel is in a great location for travel (easy to travel in any direction/destination from this location) and shopping, with lots of malls and stores nearby (for everything you need or forgot for your trip/holiday). On a separate note, the breakfasts are very good, well laid out with a variety of menus and plenty for everyone. A final request - don’t ever let go of the individual looking after the breakfasts - she is excellent at her job, I.e. friendly, fast efficient and does a great job overall. She really makes your stay at the hotel a pleasant and friendly experience. The same can be said for the rest of the staff.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Best Western. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything we needed was easily accessible. It was a relaxing break for our little family — simple, convenient, and just what we needed. Would definitely stay again!
