Awesome stay with kids!!!

We stayed here with our two young kiddos, and it was a wonderful time. The pool area and water slide was so much fun and our room, despite being close to a “busy” area, was very quiet. We will absolutely be back to the Coast Nisku Inn, and it’s now become our new favourite.

One of my friends recommended this place so I thought I would give it a try. It seemed nice at first but once I went to bed I found the mattress in room 150 very uncomfortable and had crumbs on it and no fitted sheet. I asked at the front desk if here were any other rooms with a more comfortable bed. The man working the night shift was seemingly annoyed and came across as arrogant and rude. He said all the beds were the same. I then told him my mattress had crumbs on it and it was dirty. He requested to see the mattress so I showed him. I felt like he thought I was lying but when he seen the mattress he found us another room where the beds were much more comfortable. We were happy to get a new room but the downfalls were it had a musty smell like a dirty mildew rag. Also in our previous room we had a tv that we could watch Netflix on and when we were moved the new room had an older tv. When we asked about the other tv they said they couldn't move it. The next day we left the room around 2:30 we did not request room service. When we came back we notice our beds were made and our suitcases were moved and I noticed my sleeping eye mask was missing. We felt violated that someone went in there and touched our things and had something go missing. I had really hoped to enjoy the pool but every night there were atleast 20-30 people in there. The free breakfast at Montana's was awful with no gluten free options except for soggy eggs and soggy ham. I won't be back.

Even though this property is older, it has been maintained very well. It is clean, staffe are friendly and breakfast was awesome! We will definitely stay here again.

When you first pull up, it doesn't look like much, but knce you step inside, it really quite nice! Restaurant was AMAZING, staff was very friendly and accommodating, and being pet friendly was a HUGE bonus!! Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

Its okey,, i just dont like the sink faucet,, its splashes water everywhere because its shower type! My clothes got wet when i washed my hands. Its hard to control but everything is good.

Excellent swimming pool for kids. Great breakfast. The property can use a little renovation around the swimming pool but definitely this is the best hotel around this area for families with kids.
