So many kids out of control no staff dealt with them absolutely a hellish experience im still mad about it not the marriot standard I'm used too wheres the accountability on the front desk hot tub full of kids going crazy screwing around in the elevator just beyond brutal

Leafs win in Oil Town

Great stay at the Marriott, came in to watch Leafs and Oilers and this hotel was near the Mall and a short drive to downtown and Rogers Place, would recommend anyone to stay here.

For me it's mainly the location. I'm traveling on business and my customers are bunched up on the west side of Edmonton so this works. One negative; when did daily maid service for your room disappear? There is no maid service unless requested and then it's only every other day! Sorry I'm old school; I like coming back to a made up bed and fresh towels.

While travelling to our daughters for Christmas we stayed here again. Check in was fast and efficient, the room was clean and quiet, in hotel restaurant was convenient with a pub style menu and great service. The fitness center was a nice touch and the pool was busy. Unfortunately the hot tub was down for maintenance. It was quite busy with Christmas parties etc. There were a few intoxicated people lingering in the lobby and upon checkout an intoxicated guest, at 9 am stumbled into the nicely decorated Christmas tree, almost knocking it over. The location is great for those who like to spend time at West Edmonton Mall as it is a short drive from the hotel.
