Room was booked for my elderly mother travelling for an appointment and she was not able to check in due to a credit card authorization form issue! She is on a fixed retirement income and she lost the cost of room! Will never ever book here again!

Very short stay, area was ideal for us, but note that a lot of homeless persons are in the area close to the hotel, but not outside the hotel directly. The hotel itself was ok for the price and if you just need a place to sleep at night as we were out for most of the day. One compliant is that Outlets to plug in phones or laptop were non existent, had to unplug the lights or limited,

There was conflicting information. A sign in the bathroom stated to equally turn on the taps in the shower to avoid extreme temperatures. The reality was that the cold tap was not needed to experience a moderately warm shower.

The area around hotel appears a bit sketchy but had no issues when walking back from Rogers centre after 11pm. I had to ask for towels as there were only two in the room.Also had to ask for a dirty clothes bas as i forgot to bring one and was refused. Not the end of world but just a heads up.
