I ask the front desk if we called leave by 12noon they said yes. 11:30 housekeeping went to our room even i reponded someone inside she literally barge in. In addition the night before i complained for the bolt in our room is broken yet the front desk told me its okey. No once can get into us yet the morning incident happen!!

The room nice. The only complaint I have was getting woken up by dogs barking. The barking started at 8am and continued until about 10:30! It was very annoying, was looking forward to sleeping in on our one night away in the city.

It might have been the nature of the time of our stay, but we encountered people drinking in the hot tub (no staff at the pool), in the front foyer, lots of smokers outside the door, rambunctious kids playing the mini golf, & very loud noises in the hallways on Friday night. We also heard about someone’s vehicle’s windows smashed during the night, which we feared about our car as well. Positive things to note despite: our room fit our family of 5 comfortably (has bunks & separate queen room), and after the busy new year weekend when most people have checked out, we had a good quiet stay thereafter. Breakfast is good, check in/check out was easy process, staff was wonderful.
