Excellent customer service. We were having vehicle troubles and they accommodated a late check out for us. The hot tub was nice and hot and worked amazingly, which I have not experienced in a hotel for a very long time (usually hotel hot tubs are not working, cold, or weak jets). This was a wonderful hot tub and much needed after our stressful day. Very happy. Would definitely recommend and would stay again for sure!

Always a pleasure staying at the Holiday Inn, but this on ein particular is a highlight. Amazing staff, they always go above and beyond to make your stay the absolute best. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, from front desk and cleaning team, to the breakfast staff. Special shoutout to the breakfast staff, they make sure everything is stocked and even pull out special treats for guests, the first morning a staff member overheard us talking about wishing there was hot chocolate, and next thing we know they stocked up some hot chocolate for us! The second morning Abi was our table staff member and he was checking in on us and offered to get us coffee. He later came back with freshly baked croissants just for us! The croissants were super fluffy and warm, and weren't even available normally at breakfast. We were absolutely amazed with the stellar level of service! Thank you Abi and thank you Holiday Inn Express Edmonton South Staff! Definitely a highlight of our trip to Edmonton, will be our top pick for the future! ❤️
