This was literally the best hotel I've stayed in. It was so convenient for working individuals. Good internet, nice space to work, large closets, water provided, nice washrooms, so good overall

It was clean and cozy in the room. I usually love hotel pillows, but there pillows were flat. There was also a flashing light ln smoke detector, which made it hard to sleep once the lights were out.

When we arrived the room was dirty, there was only 2 towels in our room where we booked for 3 people in the room. The bathroom smelled like urine. We called down for a blanket and pillows to make up the bed and they seemed annoyed which was indicated by telling us they needed to deliver a crib to someone else…….okay….. The second day they didn't give us new towels so we had to go find housekeeping before we showered and ask for some. It was just odd. It also appears that the hotel may be used for some shady things that were indicated by persons outside of the hotel and a woman who the front desk lady asked to talk to openly reminding her that “guest” should not be coming at 2 am…….ok…… Overall it was an experience.

Easy access. And nice hotel. Only complaint was the tub shower. As I went to have a bath and the shower ran during the whole bath. Could not get the shower to stop. And very little water pressure. The room was very adequate and clean!

There was dirty feet marks all over the wall by the bed. Other than that the room was clean and comfy. I would recommend other than the area around the hotel was loud with the busy road. Round about was under construction and was a pain
