Free parking is a bonusand location is great for the ICE District. Doors on all the floor are noisey, walls paper thin, mattress springs are old and needs replacing.

Great staff

I had a premium room but it sure didn’t feel premium. The bathroom is right next to the bed and it’s not a proper door - a sliding door that doesn’t fully close. The staff is super though - they make up for all the little things wrong. And it’s a great location

The Matrix was comfortable and clean My stay was short - so tough to judge more than that. My arrival was very late and I was relieved to be greeted by someone at the reception desk at 1:46 am
