This new detached single family home is located in the new community of Ruisseau.

- 4 bedrooms ( 3 on 2nd floor, 1 in basement )
- 2 living rooms
- Spacious fully stocked kitchen
- Nespresso coffee machine + Drip coffee machine
- In suite laundry
- Street parking only ( Until landscaping is done & can access the garage )

NOTE :
New construction area !
** Landscaping not complete yet, yard is not usable at the moment.
- Scheduled to be completed this spring / summer.
- Home to the left is complete & occupied, home to right is still under construction but at finishing phase.
- Listing will be updated once landscaping is done & garage is accessible & usable.

Please be advised that all guests . By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :

* Smoking / vaping in the home = $300
* Unapproved pets= $300
* Pet feces in yard (if applicable) = $100
* Late checkout = $100
* Additional cleaning = $50/hr
* Unapproved parties = $500
* Lost garage opener = $100

**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address.

Good Place for a Retreat

My friend and I are academics who booked this house as a writing retreat. It was a perfect, quiet spot to get away from the city and get some work done. Beds are super comfortable and the place is very clean (my main requirement).

Amazing property

This place was my kind of clean!!! I notice if doors, baseboards, behind doors etc are clean! This place was so beautifully staged as well! The kitchen had all the necessary appliances even an espresso machine! It was in an active building construction zone but did not interfere with the house at all… we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was responsive. I would highly recommend this place and will be staying here if I’m in the area again.
