Public areas like the elevator smelled like puke and was just dirty. It was gross. The hotel has potential but they could definitely use some renovations. Restaurant had good food though. Room was meh. Only stayed there to sleep and it was clean enough. The shower had a squeaky sound when turned on. It was not a great stay but not completely horrible.

Our room was very dirty and smelled like stale cigarette smoke - all of our clothes went right into the washer when we got home. The smoke alarm was broken (though someone did come fix it eventually), and there was what looked to be blood on the carpet between the beds. We were woken up to a domestic dispute at 5am in a room down the hall.

The whole floor smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. Definitely some sketchy people hanging around the building. Staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were average besides the smell.

The property has declined significantly over the last 6 months, the hallways and elevator were not kept very clean. Room was ok, the bed was clean at least. Woke up to what sounded like the staff having a party while they were cleaning next door. We used to stay at this hotel every time we visited Edmonton. This was our last time staying there.

There was reminense of drug paraphernalia in the stairwell. Some one pulled tge fire alarm in the middle of the night and the staff never came out to make an announcement it was safe to re-enter. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom very cramped. There was a restaurant on property for breakfast not a complimentary breakfast which wasnt explained well in the booking. Staff had poor customer service, and spoke to eachother in their language. Only one elevator in service. Cigarette smoke could be smelled in the hallway.

Room, service and parking were good. Hotel seems to be a rooming house as well. 1 of 2 elevators were functioning and at times we waited 15 minutes to get an elevator.
